Q: What drew you to Bomfords as a company?
I had heard about the fantastic reputation of the company and knew it was a team I wanted to be part of. #TeamBomfords
Q: What do you enjoy the most about the job? I enjoy the fact that no 2 days are the same I get such variety in my role.
Q: What does a Client Relationship Manager do?
A Client Relationship Manager builds and maintains relationships with Clients ensuring that at all time they are happy with the service they receive as well as resolving any concerns raised.On a day to day basis I look after a number of accounts and liaise with our Clients and Pallex partners within the Network to ensure a high service level for our Clients.I regularly attend meetings with new and existing Clients to set up and go live as well as arranging service reviews to ensure their accounts are running smoothly.
Q: What are you most excited about right now?
Seeing my hairdresser again!!!
Q: If money were no object, what would you do with your life?
I would spend my time travelling, you would find me somewhere very hot on a sun lounger with a mojito!
Q: What do you do for fun?
I love to shop! You can’t beat retail therapy ( having gone from a size 22 to a 12 ) it’s a whole new world clothes shopping and something I have great fun doing !!!! (I do need the 15 pairs of jeans I own honest!)

Q: What problem do you wish you could solve?
I’d irradicate the corona virus!
Q: What’s the most interesting thing you’ve learned recently?
Oh I’ve learned so much recently (I do love a good Quiz on Zoom) but I think the most interesting and amazing thing I've learned is that it takes Neptune 165 earth years to orbit the sun!
